About the role
- Collaborate with key stakeholders internally and with the partner to define project timeline and acceptance criteria.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Conduct project kick-off meetings to align team members, our partner and stakeholders on project goals and expectations.
- Lead cross-functional project teams across both partner and internally to provide guidance, motivation, and support throughout the integration process.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring clear accountability and ownership within the team.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, promoting open communication and constructive feedback.
- Execute project activities according to the defined project plan, monitoring progress against milestones and deliverables.
- Keep project documentation and reporting up to date throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project outcomes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Regularly communicate project status updates to stakeholders, providing transparency and visibility into project progress.
- Manage and arbitrage resources to ensure efficient utilization and alignment with project objectives.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of partners when required.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with stakeholder expectations.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, soliciting feedback and addressing concerns to maintain stakeholder satisfaction and support.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5 years) in project management, preferably in a technical integration capacity.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g. JIRA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus points: Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Experience in the Web3 or Blockchain Industry
