Responsibilities
**Main Responsibilities**
Process **biweekly and weekly payroll** for all U.S. entities.
Handle payroll-related activities, including **bonuses, commissions, terminations, off-cycle payments, and reporting**.
Manage **401K contributions and child support payments**.
Oversee payroll for **18 entities and approximately 1,100 employees**.
Ensure payroll compliance with U.S. regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and leaders to resolve payroll inquiries.
Requirements
**Qualifications & Skills**
**2–3 years of experience in U.S. payroll** (required).
Proven ability to manage high-volume payroll cycles.
**Process-oriented and compliance-driven**, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent **customer service skills** to interact with employees, vendors, and stakeholders.
Strong **written communication skills**; adaptable and receptive to feedback.
**Tech savvy**, quick learner, and comfortable working with new systems.
Bilingual proficiency in **English and Spanish**.
**Tools & Systems**
Experience with payroll/HR systems (knowledge of **UKG** is a plus, but not required).
Proficient in **Excel, Smartsheet, and Microsoft SharePoint**.
