- Behavioral Health Case Manager I overseeing telephonic case management for members with behavioral health needs. Conducting assessments and developing care plans to support client recovery and access to care.
Responsibilities
- Perform case management telephonically within scope of licensure for members with behavioral health needs
- Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and develop care plans

Requirements
- Requires MA/MS in social work, counseling, or related behavioral health field or degree in nursing
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in social work counseling
- Broad range of experience with complex psychiatric and substance abuse treatment
- Current active unrestricted license (e.g., RN, LCSW, LMHC, LPC)
- Experience in case management and telephonic and/or in person coaching preferred
