About the role
- Support a major Australian bank in delivering a scalable platform to identify potential climate risks and opportunities
- Deliver robust APIs and services powering the climate risk modelling platform
- Design and implement microservices and event-driven architecture for scalable data processing
- Develop APIs to integrate modelling, reporting, and disclosure requirements
- Ensure performance, resilience, and security in banking-grade systems
- Work closely with DevOps to automate deployment and CI/CD pipelines
- Initial engagement 9 to 12 months with a view to extend
