You analyze B2B spend: You monitor and evaluate trade investments, promotional spend, and customer-specific funding to ensure efficient allocation and strong ROI
You create and maintain B2B P&Ls: You build and manage customer-level Profit & Loss statements to track performance, margin, and cost-to-serve
You develop reporting & insights: You create recurring reports and dashboards to monitor key B2B metrics (e.g. sales, volume, spend, profitability) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
You support forecasting & planning: You contribute to monthly forecasting and annual planning by delivering data-driven inputs and identifying risks and opportunities.
You ensure data integrity: You guarantee the accuracy of customer-level data across systems and collaborate with finance, sales, and supply chain teams to resolve discrepancies
You collaborate with stakeholders: You work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver analytical support for customer reviews, business cases, and trade term negotiations
You drive process improvement: You identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance data quality and visibility
Requirements
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
You bring 2–4 years of experience in a commercial, finance, or analytical role within a B2B or consumer goods environment
You have strong analytical skills with great attention to detail and the ability to turn data into clear insights
You are proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is a plus
You have a solid understanding of P&L concepts and commercial KPIs
You demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills
You can work independently and manage multiple priorities
You are fluent in English; fluency in German is a plus
