Oversees Auto Physical Damage investigations, evaluations, settlements, and operations for auto claims
Acts as a strategic liaison between USAA and external partners
Monitors utilization and quality of auto physical damage third-party supply chain
Builds, develops, and leads a team of individual contributors and managers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
10 years of progressive Physical Damage/Auto Claims related experience
6 years of people leadership experience
Comprehensive knowledge of automobile repair techniques, property and casualty insurance principles, coverage interpretations, adjustments procedures, and the law governing contracts and torts
Extensive knowledge of property and casualty products and services, risk, regulatory compliance, and regulations.
