About the role
- Automotive Engineer focusing on defining requirements and testing automotive features at an innovative technology company. Collaborating with project managers to ensure successful rollouts.
Responsibilities
- Define and specify requirements for the development of automotive features.
- Create test cases and execute tests in vehicles or with test benches.
- Analyze failed test cases, investigate root causes and discuss solutions with the development team.
- Define, coordinate, and conduct testing for digital feature(s).
- Work closely with the customer's technical project managers to ensure project success.
- Plan feature rollouts according to project milestones.
Requirements
- Completed technical degree in electrical engineering, information technology, computer science, or a comparable qualification with relevant experience.
- Ideally, initial experience with location-based services or connected products.
- Analytical thinker with a willingness to work in an agile environment.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, or similar tools, is highly desirable.
- Business fluent in English.
