- Several years of experience with the Schneider Foxboro I/A process control system
- Experience in the pharmaceutical environment (ISA-88, ISA-95)
- Process engineering knowledge for creating functional planning/functional specifications
- Solid knowledge in the qualification of user software in the pharmaceutical environment (CSV, GAMP5)
- Completed vocational or academic training (e.g., technician, master craftsman, HTL, FH, university)
- Team-oriented yet independent working style
- Strong problem-solving skills
