Responsibilities
As Manager BPA Development, you shape the digital process landscape
You analyze complex business workflows and identify automation opportunities
Implement scalable solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric
Collaborate closely with business units, IT and governance stakeholders
Analyze existing business processes, gather requirements and identify automation and optimization potential
Design and implement end-to-end automations with Power Automate
Design and develop modern Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)
Architect and model data structures in Dataverse and integrate connected systems
Build analytical pipelines, dataflows and Fabric artifacts
Produce technical documentation, author knowledge-base articles and support end-user training
Requirements
Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science or a comparable qualification — alternatively, substantial professional experience in BPA or Power Platform development
Deep knowledge of Power Automate (Cloud, ideally also Desktop/RPA) and Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven)
Solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse, API integrations, expressions/JSON and solution architectures
Experience working with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Pipelines, Dataflows, Semantic Models)
Knowledge of M365 integrations (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and ideally basic scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript or Python)
Analytical, structured mindset, strong problem-solving skills and enjoyment of working in cross-functional teams
Independent working style, strong communication skills and a pronounced understanding of business processes
