Responsibilities
- As Manager BPA Development, you shape the digital process landscape
- You analyze complex business workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Implement scalable solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric
- Collaborate closely with business units, IT and governance stakeholders
- Analyze existing business processes, gather requirements and identify automation and optimization potential
- Design and implement end-to-end automations with Power Automate
- Design and develop modern Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)
- Architect and model data structures in Dataverse and integrate connected systems
- Build analytical pipelines, dataflows and Fabric artifacts
- Produce technical documentation, author knowledge-base articles and support end-user training
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science or a comparable qualification — alternatively, substantial professional experience in BPA or Power Platform development
- Deep knowledge of Power Automate (Cloud, ideally also Desktop/RPA) and Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven)
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse, API integrations, expressions/JSON and solution architectures
- Experience working with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Pipelines, Dataflows, Semantic Models)
- Knowledge of M365 integrations (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and ideally basic scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript or Python)
- Analytical, structured mindset, strong problem-solving skills and enjoyment of working in cross-functional teams
- Independent working style, strong communication skills and a pronounced understanding of business processes
