About the role

  • Manager BPA Development shaping the digital process landscape with Microsoft technologies. Analyzing business processes and implementing scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Fabric.

Responsibilities

  • As Manager BPA Development, you shape the digital process landscape
  • You analyze complex business workflows and identify automation opportunities
  • Implement scalable solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric
  • Collaborate closely with business units, IT and governance stakeholders
  • Analyze existing business processes, gather requirements and identify automation and optimization potential
  • Design and implement end-to-end automations with Power Automate
  • Design and develop modern Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)
  • Architect and model data structures in Dataverse and integrate connected systems
  • Build analytical pipelines, dataflows and Fabric artifacts
  • Produce technical documentation, author knowledge-base articles and support end-user training

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science or a comparable qualification — alternatively, substantial professional experience in BPA or Power Platform development
  • Deep knowledge of Power Automate (Cloud, ideally also Desktop/RPA) and Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven)
  • Solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse, API integrations, expressions/JSON and solution architectures
  • Experience working with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Pipelines, Dataflows, Semantic Models)
  • Knowledge of M365 integrations (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and ideally basic scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript or Python)
  • Analytical, structured mindset, strong problem-solving skills and enjoyment of working in cross-functional teams
  • Independent working style, strong communication skills and a pronounced understanding of business processes
