About the role

  • Business Analyst role in Identity & Access Management supporting program execution for cybersecurity. Focused on data analysis, risk management, and process automation in a cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities

  • responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions
  • work closely with cross-functional teams, including businesses, security, compliance, and product management, to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate business requirements into actionable insights.
  • directly support program execution decision-making and help us improve our strategic program execution efficiency and security posture.
  • provide clear, data-driven insights that support key business decisions, improve processes, and enhance our security posture.
  • develop and maintain predictive models to help the organization proactively identify and mitigate compliance and security risks.
  • contribute to operational efficiency by automating manual processes using scripting languages like Python.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools: You should be highly skilled in Python, SQL, and Tableau or PowerBI to analyze complex datasets, create predictive models/patterns, and visualize findings.
  • Experience in cybersecurity and IT operations: Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), log analysis, and datamining and monitoring are essential.
  • Familiarity with tools like SailPoint is a plus.
  • Strong analytical capabilities: You have a proven ability to sift through unstructured data, logs, and alerts, clean and organize them, and transform overlooked details into meaningful insights.
  • Experience with predictive modeling/pattern recognition: You have developed and applied predictive risk models, preferably using machine learning techniques, to forecast trends or patterns and identify potential issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills: You can clearly articulate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences through reports and dashboards.
