About the role
- Senior Systems Analyst supporting the onboarding of applications in a high-availability enterprise platform at E-INFOSOL. Focused on customer engagement and requirements documentation.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and onboarding of applications within a multi-tenant, high-availability enterprise platform undergoing active migration from legacy systems.
- Operate in a complex, dependency-driven environment, partnering with application teams, platform engineering, database services, and security stakeholders.
- Ensure requirements are clearly defined, processes are structured, and onboarding pathways are executable.
- Engage with application teams and stakeholders to elicit, refine, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Translate customer needs into actionable inputs for engineering, platform, and support teams.
- Develop and maintain process flows, onboarding guides, and operational workflows for platform integration.
- Align requirements with ongoing delivery activities and coordinate across teams to ensure work progresses in the correct sequence.
- Identify and surface cross-team dependencies that may impact onboarding or migration timelines.
Requirements
- Active Top-Secret clearance with capability to obtain SCI/CI Poly if needed to meet contract requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field of study.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in a similar position with a large organization.
- Ability to work onsite 3–4 days per week in Washington, DC.
- Experience gathering and translating business and technical requirements in complex IT environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations.
- Experience documenting workflows, process maps, and system interactions.
- Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
