Responsibilities
play a key role in amplifying our brand presence and driving engagement across social platforms and events
support the planning, promotion, and execution of proprietary events, industry conferences, and webinars by creating compelling social content for LinkedIn, Yext, and YouTube
assist in the creation of social media event promotions for our proprietary events, industry conferences, and webinars pre-event and post-event while collaborating closely with business partners in marketing
work closely with social media team to explore new trends, monitor competitor approaches and provide data on how posts are performing calling out areas of opportunity
manage the planning, promotion, implementation, and execution of a portion of the webinar portfolio using Zoom, Splash, Qualtrics, Microsoft Office
support the employment of events through coordination of workflow and compliance approvals of event materials
Requirements
Preferred work experience in related areas of program/project management, event management, or social media marketing
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, ability to balance different projects simultaneously and prioritize results
Passionate about process and attention to detail
Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills
Relationship building skills that enable you to shape strong working relationships with business partners
Curiosity about event marketing and social media
Bachelor’s Degree (marketing or related field preferred)
