• Associate role in IT Infrastructure Operations managing core infrastructure services for a corporate IT department. Responsibilities include system reliability monitoring and IT service support tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tasks such as log reviews, patch verifications, hardware checks, and inventory updates.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting basic system metrics (CPU, memory, disk usage).
• Support ticket handling for first-line infrastructure incidents and requests.
• Document system configurations, operational procedures, and user instructions.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance activities and learn change control processes.
• Observe and begin applying ITIL-based practices (incident, change, asset).
• Shadow senior team members to gain exposure to real-time troubleshooting and resolution.
• Begin learning infrastructure tools (e.g., VMware vSphere, basic Linux/Windows commands).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, hardware components, and operating systems.
• Introductory knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Familiarity with IT concepts such as networking, storage, and virtualization (can be theoretical).
• Willingness to learn command-line interfaces and basic scripting concepts.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
