Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve advanced financial models
- Craft crisp conclusions from analysis and communicate effectively to team leaders, customers, and investors
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and prospective investors
- Budget, forecast and analyze project spending
- Collaborate across the company to generate ideas, analyses, and research in support of new business opportunities
- Efficiently manage multiple workstreams through the financing process
- Continually build Rowan’s knowledge base and capabilities within the industry by monitoring customers, industries, and regulators for news that may impact portfolio and business needs
- Routine communication with private equity investors and lenders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience demonstrating a track record of distinction and leadership among your peers
- Mastery of MS Office
- Experience with infrastructure, energy, or real estate investments
- World-class financial modeling expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
