Responsibilities
Drive residential customer engagement in new and existing programs.
Identify technologies that support energy-saving solutions for customers.
Provide project/program management services for residential customers’ electric and natural gas energy efficiency projects.
Review and approve moderately complex projects/programs.
Manage the integration of activities between the customer, program administrators, advisory consultants, and vendor/contractors.
Develop documents and plans necessary to meet compliance with regulatory filings and oversight of customer funded Energy Efficiency programs.
Facilitate achievement of energy efficiency goals by promoting demand-reduction initiatives to assigned customers/customer segments.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an energy efficiency related discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
One (1) plus year(s) of relevant experience in technical marketing, project management, engineering, or energy efficiency.
Ability to interpret energy efficiency / renewable technologies and services and understand their application.
Solid understanding of financial principals.
Ability to use PC desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel).
Salesforce experience is a plus.
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
Adept at providing superior customer service.
