Lead and develop Review Management capability as part of the eDiscovery team.
Assist with data collections, processing and review support in investigations, disputes, and other business issues.
Develop operational plan for expanding document review function.
Manage and hire staff for review projects.
Develop a ‘book’ of freelance document reviewers.
Engage clients and maintain relationships.
Oversee engagement setups and project lifecycle processes.
Supervise junior colleagues and support their development.
Research developments in eDiscovery/Review arena and adopt standard operating procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above. Preferred degree in engineering, computer science, finance, accounting, economics, information technology, forensics, data analytics, or work experience in a related field.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience working in the Review Management and eDiscovery arena. Legal qualifications are not essential.
Familiarity with the EDRM model and experience in using related products / tools such as: eDiscovery Review/Processing Platforms (e.g. Relativity, Reveal, Brainspace, Disco, Ringtail, CasePoint, Nuix, or comparable).
Experience of working with clients to develop review workflows and, in particular, the use of Technology Assisted Review (“TAR”) and other machine-learning methodologies.

Client engagement experience, including liaising directly with clients.
