About the role

  • Support leading-edge clients in the automotive and technology industries by developing and optimizing software systems.
  • Contribute to software development projects with a strong focus on data manipulation, automation, and system integration using Python.
  • Support the design and implementation of embedded and system-level software components in C and C++.
  • Assist in creating data pipelines, processing frameworks, and simulation tools to enable efficient engineering workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate system and hardware requirements into robust software architectures.
  • Participate in the analysis, debugging, and optimization of software for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Support internal tool development to automate engineering tasks and streamline client delivery.
  • Engage in technical discussions, documentation, and client workshops to align on project needs and solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • Strong programming experience in Python for data manipulation and analysis (e.g., pandas, NumPy, data parsing, automation scripting).
  • Working knowledge of C and C++ for systems-level or embedded development.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and lifecycle models (e.g., V-model, Agile).
  • Foundational understanding of data structures, algorithms, and version control (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to technical challenges.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
  • Interest in working at the intersection of data engineering, software development, and systems integration within a consulting environment.
