About the role
- Lead techno-functional roadmap and adoption of cloud, low-code, ServiceNow, and automation across EXL enterprise functions. Manage stakeholder engagements, delivery, and vendor partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Manage scoping, solutioning, delivery, implementation and adoption of enterprise capabilities
- Deepen adoption of Advanced Digital Technologies (Cloud Dev Stack, Intelligent automation, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, .Net and ServiceNow) across EXL Enterprise functions and Business Operations
- Manage deeper engagements with stakeholders from Enterprise Functions and deliver techno-functional roadmap objectives
- Plan, monitor and control multiple projects using organizational processes and techniques
- Participate in evaluation and recommendation of Information Systems strategy including short-term and long-term roadmap/plans
- Lead partnerships and alliances with OEMs/Suppliers/Partners for capacity creation, skill augmentation, implementation and go-to-market capabilities
- Ensure compliance with Enterprise Applications Solution and Delivery management framework and lead maturity
- Drive talent management and continuous development of expertise within the team
Requirements
- Post Graduate or any other professional qualification, relevant technical qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (StudyLevel indicated)
- Relevant work experience and certifications as per job requirements
- Certifications in PMP, Agile, ITIL, Prince2 (advantageous)
- Experience managing Enterprise Applications using Dot Net, Java/J2EE, Open Source, Cloud Native (Azure, AWS)
- Experience with Mobile Apps and Intelligent Automation (AI/ML)
- Experience with external SaaS and IaaS platforms, service bus technologies and software integration models
- Experience negotiating software purchase/support agreements and crafting/reviewing large integrator/consultancy SOWs
- Hands-on capability in Agile Project Management, DevOps and Test-Driven Development
- Expertise in solutioning, scalable/robust architectural design and estimation methodologies (Function Point Analysis, WBS)
- Understanding of infrastructure estimation (compute, storage, network) in collaboration with SMEs
- Experience using project and bug management tools (MS Projects, Clarizen, JIRA, TFS)
- Industry recognized certifications and knowledge of documentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
