About the role

  • Engineering Services Manager - Enterprise responsible for running the services team and driving sales in a geographical region. Focusing on implementation, presales, and team management.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for running the services team for their respective geographical region/practice area.
  • Implementation, presales, and managing the team.
  • Respond to service escalations the same day.
  • Drive customer pipeline and liaison between Sales and Service teams.
  • Review Engineering write offs and maintain less than 2% of hours are written off annually.
  • Develop standard operating procedures for the Engineering teams’ interaction with other departments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a technical related field.
  • Experience designing and architecting network or systems-based solutions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • One or more of the following certifications: CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, ACMP, ACCP, ACCX, ACEAP, VCP, MCA or equivalent level certifications related to either Systems or Network
  • Any combination of the following skills: Designing, Installing, and supporting Cisco, HPE, Dell servers, Lenovo, Pure storage, hyperconverged infrastructure, Microsoft enterprise and/or cloud products.
