About the role

  • Review and post imports of expenses reports and other financial transactions
  • Perform daily, monthly, and annual reconciliations
  • Process records related to accounts payable and receivable activities
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed
  • Initiate communication with departments in and out of the company in order to resolve issues
  • Manage My Data
  • Process payments
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and filings
  • Assist in monitoring and updating Cash Flow report

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
  • Knowledge of ERP software (especially Epsilon Pylon)
  • MS Office literacy (Vlookup, Pivot, etc.)
  • Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
  • Organization skills, analytical thinking, multitasking, attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks and projects
