About the role
- Assistant Accountant in EveryPay's Finance department reviewing financial transactions and preparing reports. Requires experience in accounting and ERP software with a bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
- Review and post imports of expenses reports and other financial transactions
- Perform daily, monthly, and annual reconciliations
- Process records related to accounts payable and receivable activities
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile bank statements
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed
- Initiate communication with departments in and out of the company in order to resolve issues

- Process payments
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and filings
- Assist in monitoring and updating Cash Flow report
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least 3 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
- Knowledge of ERP software (especially Epsilon Pylon)
- MS Office literacy (Vlookup, Pivot, etc.)
- Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
- Organization skills, analytical thinking, multitasking, attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks and projects
