About the role

  • Area Sales Manager responsible for B2B market in Southern Germany with a focus on luxury and lifestyle. Engage in customer relationship management and sales strategies in collaboration with design and management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive management and expansion of existing customer relationships in the luxury and lifestyle segment
  • Active new customer acquisition and identification of sales potential in Southern Germany
  • Management of two collections and four ordering phases per year
  • Preparation and conduct of client appointments, ordering meetings and showroom presentations
  • Market and competitor monitoring
  • Support, acquisition and development of existing key accounts
  • Analysis and evaluation of sell-through and sales performance
  • Close cooperation with Design, Purchasing and Executive Management

Requirements

  • Professional experience in sales, ideally in fashion, luxury or lifestyle
  • Proven success in B2B sales
  • Strong sense for fashion, trends and market dynamics
  • High customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Passion for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Willingness to travel within Southern Germany
  • Fluent German and English
