Responsibilities
Technical support & consulting: You will support and advise our customers on technical questions related to our IT solutions.
Customer service: You will assist users with our software solution Infoma newsystem and ensure smooth operation.
Remote services: You will perform technical services directly for customers — mostly remotely — e.g., on Microsoft SQL Servers and databases.
Experience technology trends: You will learn about modern solutions in the cloud and mobility space and support our customers in implementing and using these technologies.
Requirements
You have a good secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) or a (Fach-)Abitur.
You have very good German skills (C1) and good English skills.
You are passionate about technology — whether computers, networks or software.
