Responsibilities
Advising internal and external users on technical issues
Maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure across all locations
Supporting automation and virtualization-related inquiries
Applying modern technologies, e.g., cloud computing (Azure, Microsoft 365, ...)
Data protection, IT security and compliance tasks
Analyzing and resolving incidents using a ticketing system
Participating in small and large IT projects during planning and implementation
Requirements
Secondary school diploma or higher (e.g., Fach-/Hochschulreife)
Good German and English language skills
Interest in computer science and enthusiasm for technical concepts
Logical thinking skills
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to new situations
Careful and conscientious working style
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
