About the role

Responsibilities
- Advising internal and external users on technical issues
- Maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure across all locations
- Supporting automation and virtualization-related inquiries
- Applying modern technologies, e.g., cloud computing (Azure, Microsoft 365, ...)
- Data protection, IT security and compliance tasks
- Analyzing and resolving incidents using a ticketing system
- Participating in small and large IT projects during planning and implementation
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma or higher (e.g., Fach-/Hochschulreife)
- Good German and English language skills
- Interest in computer science and enthusiasm for technical concepts
- Logical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
- Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to new situations
