Requirements
- Understanding of technical systems to support merchants
- Background/experience with switches (Base24, ACI, Bankserv/Payinc)
- Curiosity and drive to work across the organization
- Ability to self-organize and identify opportunities for improvement
- Previous payments experience is a plus
- Strong business writing and spoken English
- Understanding of programming languages (Python or JavaScript)
- Valid work authorization in residence country
