About the role

  • Technical Engineer managing appliance repairs and budgets for Spain and Portugal. Collaborating with partners and optimizing service quality in a hybrid and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and evaluate repair reports and estimates for Spain and Portugal
  • Control costs and ensure high-quality service
  • Communicate with technicians and repair partners
  • Validate product replacements and monitor accounts payable/receivable
  • Build and maintain a network of repairers across Spain
  • Conduct monthly audits and improve processes

Requirements

  • Technical experience with white and brown goods appliances
  • Flexible, analytical profile with strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and team spirit
  • Native Portuguese and good command of English
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
