About the role
- App Studio Manager leading product vision and execution for an established Android app at ReachMobi. Managing a cross-functional team for user acquisition and monetization strategy in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional product team to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for an established Android app product
- Define and drive product vision and roadmap
- Develop and refine meaningful success metrics to measure impact
- Manage and develop a team of 4+ across engineering, design, and marketing
- Optimize and expand revenue streams, including ad monetization, subscriptions, and premium offerings
- Oversee user acquisition strategies across various paid and organic channels
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine the product experience
- Execute the product roadmap by prioritizing enhancements and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Experience in product management, including user acquisition, app/product monetization, and feature development
- Demonstrated leadership in team management and development, including mentoring, performance coaching
- Proven track record in digital marketing, including display media buying, AdWords, native advertising, and Facebook paid ads
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Experience with product road mapping and long-term strategic planning
- Ability to communicate insights and recommendations effectively across teams and leadership.
