- Oversee Pleos App Market operations and process improvements ensuring efficient service delivery. Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain operational excellence in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities

- 개발자 지원 (Developer Support): 개발자 검증 환경(에뮬레이터, 레퍼런스 하드웨어, 테스트 차량 접근 등)을 운영과 지원하여 개발 생산성과 품질을 향상시킵니다.
- 프로세스 개선 (Process Improvement): 운영 프로세스를 지속적으로 점검하고 최적화하여 효율성을 제고하며, 심사 주기 단축 및 개발자·사용자 경험 개선을 추진합니다.
- 부서 간 협업 (Cross-Functional Collaboration): 제품, 엔지니어링, 법무, 고객 지원 등 관련 부서와 협력하여 운영상의 문제를 해결하고, 전략적 목표와 일관된 실행을 보장합니다.
- 분석 및 보고 (Analytics & Reporting): 주요 운영 지표를 관리 및 분석하고, 스케일업과 장기적 성공을 위한 개선 방향과 인사이트를 제공합니다.
Requirements
- 디지털 플랫폼 또는 앱 마켓 운영 관련 5년 이상 경력
- 운영 효율 개선 및 프로세스 자동화 경험
- 고객 및 개발자 지원 체계 구축 경험
