About the role

  • Delivery of monthly, quarterly, annual, or ad hoc regulatory reports ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and IFRS
  • Constantly seek for reporting effective solutions, participation in projects aimed to enhancing the reporting system infrastructure and data management in close cooperation with Technology, Finance, Risk and Data professionals
  • Review and monitoring of regulatory reporting requirements
  • Proactive escalate and support in timely solving of reporting related issues
  • Contribute to collaborative and supportive culture within the function, enhancing knowledge sharing and taking on a positive and constructive approach in cooperation and communication

Requirements

  • BSc degree in economics, banking, finance, mathematics, statistics, accounting or business administration
  • Working experience in financial and/or regulatory reporting
  • Knowledge of FinRep, Corep, Liquidity, AnaCredit or other reporting in banking sector as well as experience in designing and implementing process and system improvements and controls would be a strong advantage
  • Relevant experience from Big 4 audit firms would be a strong advantage
  • High integrity, curiosity, analytical thinking, “can-do” attitude and constructive response to challenges, readiness to take ownership, result orientation, ability to work independently
  • Key eye for detail, ability to work efficiently in a highly collaborative setting, manage or participate in multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent use of MS Excel, preferably skills of SQL or other statistical tools
  • Fluent Estonian and English are required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
