About the role
- Financial Analyst supporting budget management and procurement processes for SAP in Stefanini. Responsible for improving efficiency from request to supplier payment with clear documentation.
Responsibilities
- Apoyar de manera integral a los Analistas Senior de Control Financiero TI en la gestión presupuestal, la ejecución de gastos, el proceso logístico de compras en SAP (SOLPED, OC y HES) y el control documental; asegurando trazabilidad, exactitud contable y eficiencia desde el requerimiento hasta el pago a proveedores
- Seguimiento a ejecución vs. presupuesto/forecast y TC; identificación de desviaciones y propuesta de ajustes.
- Consolidación mensual de PxQ para líneas asignadas y conciliación con contratos/OC.
- Creación y trazabilidad de SOLPED con documentación soporte y estrategia de liberación.
- Seguimiento a aprobaciones y generación/ajustes de Órdenes de Compra (OC).
- Generación de HES y envío de OC/HES a proveedores; control de vigencia y saldos.
- Alertas preventivas de documentación contractual, vencimientos y saldos de OC.
- Validación de imputación contable correcta antes de cierre y soporte a CxP/Tesorería.
Requirements
- 2 años en roles afines; alta atención al detalle, pensamiento analítico, comunicación efectiva con owners y proveedores.
- SAP, clasificación OPEX/CAPEX; conceptos de retenciones/IVA.
- Excel avanzado (power query, power pivot); manejo de Power BI.
- Profesional en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Ingeniería Industrial o afines. Inglés medio deseable.
