Financial Analyst supporting the Church’s mission through budgeting and financial oversight. Collaborating with leadership to enhance financial systems across the Europe North Area.
Responsibilities
Support the Meetinghouse Facilities Department and other assigned departments in preparing budgets and forecasts.
Analyse cashflow and budget performance reports to ensure accuracy and support decision‑making.
Coordinate Facility Maintenance, Real Estate, Construction, Planning and other operational teams to ensure compliance with established financial policies and fixed asset accounting standards.
Provide guidance, training, and support when needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
4–5 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, financial analysis, or similar functions.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience working with financial systems.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial software; ability to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
Professional accounting qualifications or an MBA preferred.
