- Identificar, propor e executar melhorias contínuas, sejam elas em novas funcionalidades, existentes, processos ou na arquitetura do sistema.
- Garantir a qualidade das entregas.
- Gerenciar incidentes internos e com o fornecedor.
Requirements
- Ensino superior concluído ou andamento preferencialmente em Analista de Sistemas, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Sistemas ou áreas afins.
- Experiência como analista de sistemas;
- Experiência no mercado financeiro.
- Conhecimento sobre processos de abertura e acompanhamento de incidentes;
- Conhecimento para criação de testes para garantia das entregas;
- Experiência na implantação e documentação de sistemas.
- Familiaridade com Jira e Confluence.
