About the role

  • AI Strategy & Transformation Lead responsible for shaping AI-driven sales and marketing processes at Rockwell Automation. Evaluating AI technologies to boost productivity and customer experience in GTM operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the AI roadmap for GSM go-to-market (GTM) functions in alignment with enterprise revenue goals, working closely with leaders and stakeholders across GSM
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases that extend and scale employee efficiencies and effectiveness to simultaneously improve the customer experience and grow company revenue
  • Support AI governance through stakeholders' awareness and guidance on standard company AI processes and tools
  • Partner with data science, analytics, and IT teams to oversee and provide business input to the design and build of internal AI solutions that are scalable, ethical, and user-friendly
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure AI initiatives are aligned, delivered, adopted, and drive value across departments
  • Co-lead the delivery, training, adoption, and engagement of AI applications with relevant department leaders across GTM employees, ensuring tools are embedded into daily workflows and delivering tangible value.
  • Drive AI literacy and change management across GTM teams, enabling adoption through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Evaluate and recommend AI tools and platforms that integrate with existing GTM systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, pricing engines, customer data platforms)
  • Track and report on AI initiative performance, including ROI, adoption, and business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Operations, or GTM strategy roles.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or contributing to AI or data-driven initiatives.
  • Experience with AI/ML applications in GTM contexts (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot AI, Adobe Sensei, pricing optimization tools).
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes, KPIs, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Certifications or coursework in AI, machine learning, or revenue operations.
