Responsibilities
Steering and coordination of AI pilot projects across the company (e.g., editorial, product development, sales)
Identifying and evaluating relevant use cases (generative AI, automation, personalization, data analysis)
Building a company-wide use-case database and prioritizing by strategic impact
Collaborating with business units to capture needs, understand processes, and define deployment opportunities
Selecting and coordinating external partners and AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Langdock, etc.)
Developing and monitoring success criteria and KPIs
Running internal workshops, showcases and training sessions
Supporting governance and ethics strategy for AI use
Requirements
Experience in project management, preferably in digital transformation, media, technology or data
Good knowledge of current AI technologies (LLMs, prompting, text-to-image, automation tools)
Affinity for journalistic products, editorial workflows and the business fundamentals of a media company
Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly — both to editorial teams and to management
Strong conceptual skills, a structured approach and a strong focus on execution
Ideally experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and digital product development
Team player, enthusiasm for innovation and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
