Product Owner III within PNC's Balance Sheet Analytics & Modeling Customer Data Management organization. Focus on managing the product backlog and customer requirements with Agile team collaboration.

- Lead strategic initiatives to design, build, and deliver Agentic AI and automation solutions that transform IT delivery

- Bridge emerging technologies with business outcomes, driving innovation and embedding intelligent automation across the software development lifecycle
- Create a collaborative and transparent environment to deliver business value quickly
- Develop strategic vision and product roadmaps with internal and external stakeholders
- Prioritize needs based on business value and work with stakeholders and development teams to deliver initiatives
- Coordinate timelines, budget, and resources to complete work within program guidelines
- Facilitate collaboration to identify and plan delivery of key initiatives and develop budget and investment needs
- Understand customer opportunities, compliance, regulations, market trends and customer behaviors
- Own prioritization, prepare and communicate product roadmaps
- Maintain product level backlog including milestones, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Act as stakeholder in release planning meetings and provide final signoff that solutions produce desired outcomes
- Monitor delivery progress and understand overall cost of the product to ensure return on investment
Requirements
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain a 6C Federal security clearance
- Bachelor's degree or related field and/or commensurate experience
- Master’s degree beneficial
- 4+ years’ agile experience
- 2+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Proven experience working with Senior Executives
- 2+ years’ student loan experience preferred
- Experience with AI tools preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to conceptualize and analyze complex business processes
- Strong motivation, negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to define and achieve business goals and meet deadlines while working both independently & collaboratively
