About the role
- Develop and deploy AI-powered tools to automate customer support and improve efficiency
- Build and implement end-to-end AI solutions using Python, focusing on LLMs, agentic systems and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Write, test and refine sophisticated prompts for various state-of-the-art LLMs to invoke desired behaviour and ensure system correctness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure large scale process optimization
- Ensure robust stability and reliability in all implemented solutions
- Track emerging technologies and industry trends to keep solutions current
- Build end-to-end AI solutions from proof of concept to scalable product
- Implement AI-based solutions across CyberCare processes to improve customer support for 170+ countries
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python (experience in RESTful API development would be an advantage)
- Experience in evaluating Gen AI/NLP systems
- Proficiency with LLMs and RAG systems
- Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques, track record of writing effective prompts
- Good understanding in SQL
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Git, Jira, and Docker
- Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail
- Independence and problem ownership
- Basic understanding of Linux
- Experience with agentic systems would be a strong advantage
