About the role

Responsibilities
- Build, optimize and improve the performance of AI pipelines
- Implement and modularize existing models and data flows (primarily Python, occasionally C++)
- Ensure pipelines are covered by tests and monitoring to guarantee quality and stability
- Ensure scalability, stability and maintainability of the codebase
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Python development (C++ knowledge advantageous)
- Practical experience delivering complex software projects — from structuring and design through to release
- Basic understanding of machine learning models and their integration
- Experience with common frameworks and libraries (e.g., OpenCV, PyTorch)
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure preferred)
- Experience with test automation (pytest, unittest, etc.) and monitoring
- Clean, modular and well-documented coding practices
- Experience with CAD or ERP systems as well as knowledge of performance tuning and GPU optimization is a plus
