About the role
- Research and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Build, train, and optimize AI models using data sets from various sources.
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to build AI models and make data-driven decisions.
- Identify the most appropriate machine learning algorithms for given use cases.
- Deploy AI models into production and monitor their performance, making adjustments and improvements as necessary.
- Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, software developers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into systems and workflows.
- Automate manual tasks by building AI systems that can streamline and optimize processes across the organization.
- Design and execute experiments to validate AI models, ensuring they meet performance and accuracy standards.
- Stay informed of the latest developments in AI technologies and continuously improve models and methodologies.
- Maintain clear documentation of AI systems, processes, and projects for easy handover and scalability.
- Maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
- Masters in AI in Civil Engineering or in Computer Science
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Python, R, or similar programming languages
- Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and AI systems
- Self-motivated and ability to work well with others
- Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills.
