About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative AI services to enhance the user experience across our global SaaS portfolio.
- Build, fine-tune, and deploy NLP and LLM applications (e.g., entity resolution, intelligent search, document understanding).
- Optimize provisioning of AI services for performance and scalability across a growing international customer base.
- Leverage observability tools and user/system data to generate actionable insights and continuously improve platform intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven features into modern, cloud-native applications.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the AI field
- Strong proficiency in **Python** and hands-on experience with key Python packages for machine learning and data science.
- Production experience with **NLP solutions**, including transformer-based models, entity recognition, and classification tasks.
- Practical knowledge of **LLMs**, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and structured output generation.
- **Containerization expertise** using Docker or similar tools for model packaging, deployment, and scalability.
- Nice to have
- Exposure to multi-lingual NLP or handling diverse text data.
- Previous work on ESG or compliance-related applications is a plus.
- Recent hands-on experience with modern NLP approaches is highly valued—even if this isn’t your primary specializations.
