About the role

  • AI Engineer developing AI-powered features for smarter radiology reporting by implementing NLP solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implementation of AI/NLP features for clinical reporting in close collaboration with product and engineering teams
  • Build and integrate LLM-based systems into our product suite
  • Fine-tune and evaluate models using approaches such as LoRa, instruction tuning, and parameter-efficient tuning
  • Apply classical NLP techniques (e.g. BERT, NER, text classification) where appropriate
  • Translate research and theory into practical applications in production
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, clinicians, and product teams

Requirements

  • Proven background in Machine Learning, specifically NLP
  • Experience with LLM-based systems, e.g. fine tuning and prompt engineering
  • Familiarity with transformer-based models (e.g. BERT, RoBERTa, GPT, T5)
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, Hugging Face, Tensor Flow)
  • Business fluency in English
