Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience on analytics or AI projects within the financial services sector
- Strong process modeling skills (e.g., BPMN, UML)
- Proven ability to manage and interpret complex regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of financial services operations, including payments, customer onboarding/KYC, AML case management, lending, and regulatory reporting
- Experience working with AI/ML solutions in regulated environments
