About the role
- Business Analyst specializing in regulatory and reporting processes for the banking sector. Analyzing processes and requirements while collaborating with IT and business departments.
Responsibilities
- You independently advise on and shape agile IT projects and implement legal and regulatory requirements in the banking sector
- Elicitation, analysis and management of requirements are among your core tasks, as well as coordination with business units and development teams
- You actively support the optimization and further development of IT systems and processes
- You maintain a collaborative partnership and open communication with our clients
Requirements
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst in the banking sector and in statistical reporting (in particular BiSta, AuSta, ZiSta, KreSta)
- Solid methodological and conceptual knowledge in business analysis and agile methodologies
- An independent and communicative way of working, enabling you to proactively advance projects
- Ideally, you have already implemented IT projects addressing regulatory requirements
- Fluent German skills (at least C1)
