About the role

  • Support functional load deliveries and ensure compliance with certification requirements
  • Provide successful execution of complex engineering projects

  • Lead the deployment and configuration of systems
  • Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving system issues
  • Test and Integration on test benches in labs
  • System Verification and Validation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering and project leadership in the domain of Avionics Flight Controls
  • Comprehensive knowledge in systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in advanced systems engineering technologies.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Advanced Engineering degrees such as MS in Aerospace Engineering.
  • Experience in leading complex system integration projects.
  • Knowledge of software configuration and change management practices with DOORS NG and Atlassian tools
  • Experience with Agile development processes
  • Project Engineering skills, such as managing work scope, cost, and schedule.
  • Diverse and global teaming and collaboration experience
  • Effective and proactive communication
  • Business oriented approach to software development
  • Strong understanding of DO-178B/C
  • Verification test plan experience
  • Analytical skills & software development skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.
