Monitor compliance with quality and safety certification standards.
Lead cross-functional teams through complex manufacturing challenges and participate in DFMEA activities.
Drive Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes for manufacturing and material issues.
Apply Statistical Process Control tools to identify and resolve quality issues.
Build and maintain technical relationships with global manufacturing partners and support new product introductions from concept through full-scale production.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) OR equivalent experience.
10+ years manufacturing and testing experience with high-reliability electronic PCBA assemblies.
Deep expertise in solder chemistries/processing, electronics cleaning, and cleanliness validation.
Hands-on experience with conformal coating and potting processes.
Strong quantitative analysis skills with ability to communicate data-driven insights.
Working knowledge of PCB design and DFM tools.
Understanding of Statistical Process Control methodologies.
Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities for complex manufacturing challenges.
Proven track record leading cross-functional engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
Preferred: Power electronics, consumer electronics, or commercial electronics background.
Preferred: Experience in matrix organizations and international manufacturing environments.
Preferred: Track record collaborating across multiple sites and functions.
Preferred: Strong knowledge of IPC, J-STD, and applicable PCBA standards (e.g., J-STD-001, IPC-A-610).
