About the role
- Advanced Engineer responsible for enhancing Product Development infrastructure. Working with Azure and Cloud technologies, developing tools and troubleshooting issues for a global network.
Responsibilities
- Improve and maintain the Product Development infrastructure, tools, and scripts
- Develop the scripts and tools required to provision, configure and monitor azure infrastructure and its applications
- Troubleshoot environments as problems arise
- Document your code additions, test procedures, and project results
- Troubleshooting issues by fixing defects
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (must-have)
- Preferred coding experience in Go; alternatively PowerShell or Python
- Experience with infrastructure and distributed systems in a cloud environment (Azure)
- Experience with configuration management and CI platforms (Chef and Jenkins)
- Experience with source control management tools (Git)
- 2+ years of software development of commercial-grade systems and applications
