About the role
- Admissions Analyst ensuring compliance with admissions and licensure for practice law in Washington. Communicates with applicants and administers exams while providing legal regulatory support.
Responsibilities
- Reviews and analyzes applications submitted for admission or licensure to practice law in Washington
- Communicates with and responds to inquiries from the public, applicants and members about qualifications for a license
- Administers the bar exams and LPO exams
- Ensures applicants comply with all regulatory requirements for admission or licensure to practice law
- Assists the manager with administrative support to the Board of Bar Examiners
Requirements
- Associate's degree or other related 2-year degree program
- 2 years of relevant working experience related to this position
- Strong analytical skills and good judgment
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications and software within Windows
- Professional customer and client services.
- Experience in one or more of the following: legal field, regulatory environment, website page creation and/or editing experience
