About the role

  • Auxiliar Administrativo Financeiro at Lógica Soluções Integradas ensuring efficient financial processes. Engaging with clients and managing tasks such as payments, billing, and financial documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and process accounts payable and receivable;
  • Issue invoices and boletos (payment slips), monitoring payments and collections;
  • Perform bank reconciliations and review contracts;
  • Organize spreadsheets, reports, and documents for financial control;
  • Manage inventory, shipping logistics, and receipt of equipment;
  • Support communication with clients and consultants regarding financial processes;
  • Collect from delinquent accounts via e-mail and WhatsApp in a clear and professional manner;
  • Handle general tasks and responsibilities of the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Technical diploma in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
  • (Preferred) Previous experience in financial or administrative routines;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience with spreadsheets and financial systems is desirable;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Belo Horizonte/MG.
