Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.
- Make estimates of provision required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
- Complete financial reports, initiate the month-end closing process in accordance with GAAP.
- Support the controller to develop budgeting forecasting and reporting.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
- Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
- Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with company accounting policy and local financial accounting standards and prepare cashflow forecasting.
- Supervise finance staff by reviewing their task and give them feedback properly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance or related field
- 5+ years of job-related work experience
- Personal integrity and an ability to maintain the confidentiality of company and client information.
- Business English skill
- Oracle/SAP (ERP system) experience.
- HFM and BW experience preferred.
- CPA certification preferred.
