About the role

  • Reporting to the accounting department, you will take responsibility for the operational management of a client portfolio and work closely with a team of accounting professionals.
  • Perform accounting and tax reviews.
  • Prepare annual financial statements and tax returns.
  • Produce management analyses and controls.
  • Mentor and support less experienced colleagues (depending on profile).
  • Independently manage a diverse client portfolio (BIC, BNC) across sectors such as associations, agriculture, transport, hospitality, retail, liberal professions, the medico-social sector, industry, etc.
  • Work with an innovative digitization solution (digital platform + mobile app).

Requirements

  • Degree in accounting: Master CCA, DSCG or DCG (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in an accounting firm.
  • Strong command of digital accounting/management tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience contributing to the development of less experienced team members.
  • Candidates with a two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac +2) and at least 10 years' experience in a firm will also be considered.
