About the role
- Account Analyst II responsible for financial tasks at Dafiti, a leading fashiontech in Latin America. Ensuring accuracy in financial records and supporting operational teams with reporting and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Control and recording of prepaid expenses and insurance.
- Fixed assets management (internal orders, impairment, depreciation) and intangibles.
- Capitalization of internal resources (FOPAG), leasing and provision for returns.
- Assistance in formalizing and documenting accounting processes and analyses;
- Equity equivalence and judicial deposits (Dafiti and Trikan).
- Budget vs. actual (accounting and tax) and management of temporary accounts (mapping, reclassifications and reporting files).
- Contingencies, royalties and result analyses (IT, operations and administrative expenses).
- Formalization and documentation of accounting processes; interface with operational teams and leadership.
- Creation and maintenance of reporting files.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields;
- Previous experience in accounting routines;
- Strong organizational skills to assist with documentation;
- Advanced Excel;
- Experience with ERPs and reporting tools;
- The following will be considered a plus:
- Intermediate English;
- Previous experience with e-commerce/retail.
