About the role
- Accountant managing financial bookkeeping tasks for Prianto GmbH, a leading software distributor in Europe. Handling accounts reconciliation, intercompany transactions, and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Independently process and post routine transactions in accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Posting of bank transactions, credit cards, OPEX and travel expenses
- Reconciling and maintaining general ledger accounts
- Managing dunning/collections and resolving outstanding items
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Support in monthly and annual financial closings
- Actively contribute to the optimization and digitalization of accounting processes
- Independently resolve accounting and tax-related queries
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial/business education or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in wholesale or a B2B environment
- Solid knowledge of financial accounting and experience with accounting software
- Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Very good organizational skills, with a careful and structured approach to work
- Good spoken and written English skills
- Team-oriented, committed personality with a strong sense of personal responsibility
